My bank transfer was rejected

Your bank transfer could have been rejected due to some common reasons:

  • Incorrect bank details; Amount, Reference, Swift code, Country code, Cardholder's name, IBAN, or Account number.
  • You left the payment page before the payment was completed.
  • The transaction page is temporarily down.
  • Your bank account has insufficient funds.

Please note that it is important to fill in the correct bank details. We can’t process your order or refund if the provided bank details are incorrect.
