Go to My accountOnce your order from vidaXL has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email that contains a link to your tracking portal. This email is your first point of contact for monitoring the progress of your parcel.
If you already have an account, you can log in and locate your order in the top right corner under Account → Order History. If you didn't create an account, the guest tracking option is available.
If you checked out as a guest (i.e., without registering an account), you'll need to use your email address along with the order number provided in your confirmation email to access the tracking information. These details help the tracking portal retrieve your specific shipment.
Within the tracking portal you'll be able to view the current status of your shipment — whether it's "Shipped", "In transit", or "Delivered". Additionally, if your order is being sent in multiple packages (which can happen with larger orders), you'll be able to see how many parcels there are and follow each one individually.
If you haven't received the confirmation email (and hence cannot access the tracking portal link), first check your spam or junk mail folder — sometimes automated emails end up there. If you still can't find it, you should contact our customer service for assistance.
