You will receive Loyalty Points (LP) that will be automatically saved in your vidaXL account, so you can use them right away or save them up for a bigger discount later. 

How can I earn my Loyalty Points?
For every $150 spent on your purchase, you will earn 8 Loyalty Points.

Do I need to have a vidaXL account to earn Loyalty Points?
Yes, to earn and use Loyalty Points you need to have a vidaXL account.

How much is each Loyalty Point worth?
1 Loyalty Point = $0.50

When can I use my Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points will be granted 30 days after purchase. If you decide to return the order, no loyalty points will be granted.

What is the maximum amount I can discount from the total price using Loyalty Points?
You can get a discount up to $75 (100 Loyalty Points).

Can I have my Loyalty Points refunded or converted to cash?
No, Loyalty Points can't be refunded. However, if you return an order where you used Loyalty Points, those points will be credited back to your account once the return is processed.

Can I combine my Loyalty Points with other discounts?

Yes, you can combine Loyalty Points with other discounts on the same order.

Do my Loyalty Points expire?
Each loyalty point expires after 6 months.
