Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation of your order if it has not yet been confirmed or dispatched. To cancel your order:

  1. Log in to My Account > Order History > Order Details;
  2. Click Cancel Product(s);
  3. Select the product(s) you wish to cancel;
  4. Confirm your selection and provide a reason for cancellation;
  5. Submit your cancellation request.

If you do not have a vidaXL account, you can request cancellation via our chatbot or by contacting our customer service team:

Important : une fois qu’une commande a été confirmée ou expédiée, l’annulation n’est possible que lorsque la législation applicable le permet (par exemple, en cas de retard ou de non-livraison conformément aux articles 8.6 et 9.2 des conditions générales). Toute annulation en dehors des droits légaux est considérée comme un geste commercial, accordé à la seule discrétion de vidaXL.

 

Has your order been cancelled?

In some rare cases, we can’t deliver a product and need to cancel an order. The most common reasons are:

  • The item is out of stock;
  • Our seller could not confirm your order;
  • Address information is unclear or incorrect.
